| Step1: Run Super DVD Creator. |

| The latest version if Super DVD Creator 9.8. It contains four function parts. |
- DVD Disc Builder: Create DVD, VCD, SVCD disc with menu from video formats directly.
- VOB Converter: Convert video media to VOB file, then you can burn to "DVD Compiler" to add menu, or burn to "Disc Burner" to burn disc.
- DVD Compiler: Burn DVD or VCD from folder, VOB/MPEG2 with menus.
- Disc Burner: Burn VOB/MPEG file to DVD, VCD, SVCD disc.

| Step2: Add MPEG file to "VOB Converter". |
Click "VOB Converter" to open converting window. Then click add button  to add MPEG file. You also can delete MPEG, move up MPEG, move down MPEG file using following buttons. Then click "Next" to continue. |

| Step3: Settings. |
Select a folder to save your VCD file, then you can burn it to VCD disc from here. Enable your region DVD type: NTSC or PAL. Encoder Engine decide the converting speed and video quality.
The default setting is "Standard converting speed", it is for nomal video quality and converting speed. You can choose Lower speed if you want to get high quality video. If your source is very small, you also can choose High speed. |
