Click  to add WMV file to it. You can snatch this WMV file by moving the slider under the preview window. Choose your TV screen size: 4:3 for standard screen TV, 16:9 for wide screen TV. You can enable "Auto add letter box". Then click "Next" to continue. |

- Output Folder: Save the target VCD file, then you can burn to VCD disc.
- Output Format: NTSC, PAL.
- Encoder Engine: Standard for nomal video quality, Lower speed for high video quality, High speed for small file size.
