| Step1: Launch Super DVD Creator. |

| Step2: Add MPEG file to VOB Converter. |
| Click "VOB Converter" to open MPEG to VOB Converting window. |

Click add button  to add MPEG file. Other button function like following. |

| You can just snatch part of MPEG file by moving slider under preview window. Choose the TV screen type: 4:3 is for standard screen TV, 16:9 is for wide screen TV. |
| Then click "Next" to continue. |
| Step3: Output property settings. |

Choose your target file folder, it will save your target VOB file, you can burn DVD disc from here. Enable your region codes DVD, NTSC or PAL.
Generally, you just choose standard converting speed is OK. If you want to get high quality video, you can choose lower converting speed. If your MPEG file is very small, you can choose High speed. |
| Step4: Click "Start" to convert MPEG to VOB. |
