| DVD Disc Builder can convert MPG to DVD, and burn to DVD disc with menus directly. You also can convert MPG file to DVD with VOB Converter, then add menus by DVD Compiler, and burn to DVD disc with Disc Burner. |
| Step2: Add MPG file. |
| Click "VOB Converter" to open converting window. Then click add button to add MPG file. Enable your TV screen size, 4:3 for standard screen TV, 16:9 for wide screen TV. Then click "Next" to continue. |

| Step3: Settings. |

| Select a folder to save your target file. You can burn them to DVD disc with "Disc Burner". Enable output format, NTSC or PAL. Choose a video quality to your target DVD file: |
- Preference by Normal Video quality - Standard Converting speed
- Preference by High Video quality - Lower Converting speed
- Preference by High Converting speed - Smaller Output Size
